Pets are not permitted in the residence or on the property without prior written approval. This includes visiting pets. Only pets listed in your lease as “Authorized Pets” are allowed. If approved, pets must not disturb others through noise, odors, or waste, and residents must clean up after them immediately and maintain the residence in a clean, sanitary, and odor-free condition at all times. Pets must be licensed and vaccinated in accordance with local laws, with proof provided upon request, and residents must take steps to prevent fleas or other infestations. Pets must be confined when staff or maintenance need access to the unit and must remain indoors unless under direct supervision, with dogs on a leash at all times when outside. Residents are fully responsible for any pet-related damage, including repairs and cleaning. Failure to comply may result in fines or lease enforcement.
Pacifica on Green facilities and grounds are strictly smoke and tobacco-free. This includes tobacco for smoking and/or chewing.
